Co-Ordinated Landscapes was the Head Contractor for this project managing numerous sub-contracts for the various elements including an 11m high tree house, extensive & complex water feature with plant room and an impressive kiosk with petal shaped roof structure. The co-ordination of the subcontractors, management to critical timeframes along with the maintenance of our high standard of quality were essential to the success of the project.
Elements include an interactive playground for young children to teenagers, a large sand and water play area, a kiosk amenities building, a tree house and terraced landscaped areas. The impressive Tree house will reach over 11m high providing a unique series of rooms, bridges and play spaces for kids and adults alike. Other elements include pre-cast concrete walls, in-situ concrete walls, seating, planting and pavements
