Avenel Park Upgrade is a completed project delivered for Fairfield City Council as a district‑level public park in Western Sydney. Co‑Ordinated Landscapes was engaged to deliver a comprehensive upgrade, creating a high‑quality, multifunctional open space within an active public environment adjoining existing sports facilities and residential areas.
The project delivers a vibrant and well‑connected park environment, designed to support a broad range of recreational and community uses. A series of integrated spaces encourages movement, activity and social interaction, while also providing areas for passive enjoyment. The layout and finishes were carefully considered to create a welcoming, legible and highly usable environment for all users.
Scope included new and upgraded playground elements, shared pathways, landscape structures, civil and drainage works, hard and soft landscaping, furniture and associated public amenities. High‑quality materials and refined finishes were applied throughout to ensure durability, visual consistency and a premium public realm outcome.
