About us

Co-Ordinated Landscapes was established in 1972 in New South Wales. What began as a small family-based business has developed into one of NSW’s leading specialist commercial landscapers.  Our primary roles are Principal Contractor, Subcontractor or Collaborator.

Co-Ordinated Landscapes commitment is to service, quality, consistency and pride in what we do. Our expertise lies in our ability to manage and construct all facets of a landscape project of any size. Co-Ordinated Landscapes fully own and operate a comprehensive fleet of plant and equipment including skid steer and track loaders, excavators, tractors, trucks and water carts.

A sound financial base enables us to undertake large scale projects and meet our corporate governance responsibilities. We have third party accredited management systems to AS/NZS 4801:2001 Health & Safety, ISO 14001:2015 Environment and ISO 9001:2015 Quality.

We are confident in our ability to complete a project through careful management, planning, monitoring and execution. Our experienced team seek to understand the challenges in each project and offer open and honest communication with our clients and other stakeholders to overcome those challenges and deliver your project on time and within budget.

The commitment to successful project outcomes and the experience, attention to detail and planning capabilities of our Project and Site Managers are the backbone of our landscape construction teams. Their skills are supported by our highly motivated and qualified tradesmen, leading hands, labourers, apprentices and specialist subcontractors.

Our clients are builders, developers, government authorities, non-government and not for profit organisations and landscape architects.

Projects that we undertake for our clients include,

Proven Capability. Trusted Results.

With more than $267 million in completed projects and over five decades of continuous operation, Co-Ordinated Landscapes has established itself as one of Australia’s most reliable and accomplished landscape contractors. Our success is built on consistency, quality, and a commitment to delivery — backed by one fact that sets us apart:

In over 50 years of business, we have never had a single litigated damages claim.

This record is not by chance — it’s the result of meticulous planning, genuine collaboration, and a culture of accountability. From Tier 1 infrastructure to sensitive civic environments and high-specification commercial landscapes, our team brings the scale, expertise, and systems to deliver on time, every time — without compromise.
