Read moreGenesis Care Campbelltown is a completed project delivered as part of a state‑of‑the‑art healthcare facility in Western Sydney. Co‑Ordinated Landscapes was engaged to deliver all hard and soft landscaping works to the base build, contributing to a high‑quality environment that supports patient wellbeing and complements the clinical setting.
The project delivers a composed and calming landscape setting, designed to enhance the patient and visitor experience through carefully integrated outdoor spaces. Landscaped areas create moments of respite and connection, softening the built form while providing intuitive circulation and welcoming arrival experiences.
Scope included ground level and elevated landscape works, incorporating planting, tree installation, turfing, soil preparation and irrigation throughout the site. Architectural elements included feature courtyard areas, custom seating, perimeter pathways and boundary treatments, all delivered with a focus on durability, comfort and visual consistency.
Materials and finishes were carefully selected and coordinated to align with the project’s sustainability objectives, including compliance with stringent Green Star requirements. The integration of soft landscaping with structured built elements creates a refined environment that balances clinical performance with a more human‑centred, restorative experience.
Delivered within a live construction environment alongside multiple trades, the project required careful sequencing and coordination to integrate landscape outcomes with the broader building works. The result is a high‑quality healthcare landscape that enhances the overall facility, supporting patient comfort, staff wellbeing and the long‑term performance of the development.
