Co‑Ordinated Landscapes was engaged by Buildcorp under a major works subcontract to deliver all hard and soft landscaping within a live construction environment, working in close coordination with concurrent building, civil and services trades.
The project delivered a high‑quality, integrated public realm and retail interface, creating a series of connected, welcoming spaces designed to enhance the customer experience and encourage dwell time. Landscapes were carefully composed to balance functionality with visual appeal, delivering a premium environment that seamlessly links retail, recreation and social zones.
Scope included structural landscape elements, architectural paving, timber decking, feature sandstone installations, street and custom furniture, basketball courts, extensive planting, irrigation, and integrated misting systems—each element contributing to a cohesive and engaging user experience.
Delivered within a complex, tightly staged programme, the works required strong interface management, sequencing, and collaboration across multiple stakeholders. All elements were completed in accordance with stringent quality, WHS and environmental standards, resulting in a durable, high‑performance landscape that elevates the overall precinct and reinforces its role as a destination.

The project delivers a cohesive and engaging park environment, bringing together a series of connected landscapes designed to support movement, play and social interaction. A network of pathways, open lawn areas and defined activity zones creates a legible and highly usable space, encouraging active use while also providing opportunities for passive recreation and relaxation.
Scope included a broad range of structural and architectural landscape elements, including retaining walls, insitu concrete works, brick and decomposed granite paving, stepping stone pathways, balustrades, custom furniture, masonry seating, play equipment, and feature elements such as a pedestrian bridge and naturalised dry creek bed. Soft landscaping incorporated extensive planting, soil preparation and turf areas, contributing to a balanced and visually cohesive environment.
Carefully selected materials and refined finishes were delivered throughout to create a durable, high‑quality outcome that balances functionality with visual appeal. The combination of natural textures, structured forms and open space establishes a premium landscape that enhances the overall character of the development.
Delivered in coordination with concurrent civil works, the project required careful sequencing and integration to transition from bulk earthworks to detailed landscape finishes. The project delivers a cohesive and engaging public space, bringing together a series of connected landscapes designed to support play, relaxation and social interaction. A strong focus on accessibility and user experience underpins the design, with the park offering a welcoming and intuitive environment for a broad range of age groups and abilities.
Scope included an all‑abilities playground, rubber softfall, shade sails and shelters, custom furniture, fencing, enhanced lighting, irrigation systems, as well as concrete and architectural paving works, turf and soft landscaped garden areas. Carefully selected materials and refined finishes were implemented throughout to produce a durable, premium outcome that enhances both functionality and visual appeal.
Delivered within a live residential setting, the works required careful coordination and sequencing to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding development. Design and construct contract including circular custom timber seating area and a tiered multi-pond water feature which is the centre piece of the courtyard. Co-Ordinated Landscapes was responsible for producing shop drawings and resolving the hydraulics of the water feature which has a corten finish.
The project also included connecting footpaths, ramps, handrails, timber decks, concrete stepping stones and tree plantings. These photos depict the planting immediately after installation and will grow to create a lush contrast to the surrounding apartments and offer places of relaxation and solitude for residents.

This park formed a major part of the sales aspect for the Oran Park development and the delivery of a quality project for the use of prospective buyers was an essential part of the overall marketing strategy.
Works included drainage, insitu concrete paths walls and granite fencing along with play elements in the form of lettering, planting and furniture installation. The water feature element as well as the coloured concrete bike track added interest to the design and it was essential to manage these sub-contractors to deliver a quality project on time.
